Refund policy

In Kryvyi Rih, delivery is carried out by courier service to the entrance.
Please note that some items may be delivered disassembled.
Carrying goods upstairs is subject to an additional charge, which must be discussed in advance with the store manager.
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta, Delivery, SAT, and Ukrposhta.
Delivery time is 2-3 days if the selected product is in stock.

Delivery of goods in Kryvyi Rih and throughout Ukraine is carried out at the expense of the buyer according to the courier service rates.
