The chair is upholstered in modified leather. Modified leather (also known as bonded leather) is an upholstery material made by interlacing split natural leather fibers. Modified leather also contains polymers and special tanning additives. Due to this production method, modified leather has properties similar to natural leather: it "breathes" and reacts to body heat, while being distinguished by increased wear resistance and durability. The leather sample has passed the necessary abrasion tests (at least 40,000 cycles according to the Martindale test), so the chairs can be used at home, in offices, and in HoReCa spaces (restaurants, hotels, and cafes).
