What should I do if the product does not fit in terms of shape, color, size, or for other reasons?
Within 14 days of purchase (excluding the day of purchase), you may return the product if it has not been used, is in proper condition, has retained its consumer properties, and is not included in the list of goods not subject to exchange or return.
Possible options:
- exchange for an identical product without recalculation of cost;
- exchange for another product with a corresponding price adjustment;
- refund of funds.
How to evaluate the preservation of the product's appearance: under good lighting, without the use of special tools, the product should not have visible signs of use — scratches, scuffs, chips, dents, or cracks. The simplest way to check is to ask yourself: "Would I buy this product in this condition as a new one?"
What is the warranty on the product?
The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale and is usually specified in the product's operational documentation (warranty card, technical passport, label, or other accompanying document), as well as on the manufacturer's website.
Do you provide apartment delivery and carry-up services?
Address delivery is carried out to the building entrance. Items from the "appliances and interior" category, as well as large-sized items from the "fitness" and "children's space" sections (exercise equipment, cribs, children's furniture, mattresses, etc.) are delivered to the apartment.
The cost of manual lifting depends on the dimensions of the product, the complexity of the lift, and the availability of an elevator.
Can I purchase the product on credit?
