	The mattress provides an orthopedic effect for your spine – the spine's position is natural, accounting for physiological curves. The orthopedic support is firm but comfortable (without the feeling of a "hard" mattress). The mattress comfort is moderate, without excessive pressure.
	Mattress with "winter-summer" effect. Cover composition – 65% polyester + 35% cotton. The winter side is marked with a special patch; fine-fleeced (hypoallergenic) sheep's wool serves as filler inside the "winter" side of the cover, while thermofiber is used in the "summer" side.
	Thanks to the high elasticity of the mattress block, the mattress can be used on flexible and adjustable bases. The mattress block is resistant to long-term bending and "creases"; due to its high resistance to deformation, it instantly returns to its original position.
	Ideal air circulation inside the mattress block ensures a comfortable microclimate on the mattress surface. The mattress "breathes" – this property allows moisture, which enters the mattress block during use, to evaporate instantly.

Why should the presence of synthetic materials in the mattress cover not be a concern?

Polyester (PES) is an elastic material with high capillary properties and breathability. Its porous structure allows it to retain a large amount of air, creating additional thermal insulation. The material quickly wicks away and evaporates moisture.
Cotton is a natural material that effectively wicks moisture away from the body even without direct contact, but the wicked moisture is then strongly retained by the fibers. This moisture retention leads to cooling of the human body. Therefore, for a thermoregulating effect, synthetic fibers are added to cotton to quickly wick moisture away from the body and create comfort.

Eliocell® orthopedic foam – what is it?

Microporous foam with a density of 30 kg/m3, compression of 3 kP (an indicator for medium-firm foam), and high elasticity. Eliocell® foam has high resistance to deformation and sagging.

Eliocell® orthopedic foam is made from polyurethane with the addition of natural stabilized latex (max up to 10% of the total foam mass). Latex is added for maximum elasticity, and polyurethane for resistance to deformation and sagging, as well as comfortable orthopedic support and even distribution of weight. The properties of the foam allow for even distribution of weight across the entire mattress block, ensuring correct spinal support.

ELIOCELL® foam is developed, tested, and certified by the Magniflex laboratory according to CE standards. The foam and mattress components are certified by the global standard OEK – TEX Standard 100 – safe for humans and intended for use in products that have direct and immediate contact with the skin.

Uniqueness of the foam:

The foam has a sponge-like structure (a large number of uniform and non-uniform microcells connected by channels, ensuring uniform compression and instant recovery), with high density and elasticity. Such a structure (the presence of a sufficient number of uniform microcells within the sponge) ideally distributes the weight load over the entire mattress surface, thereby ensuring a physiologically correct spinal position (especially in the lumbar region) regardless of a person's weight and height. Mattresses based on an ELIOCELL® orthopedic foam block are universal – suitable for people of all ages, weights, and heights. The foam manufacturing technology in the form of a sponge (tens of thousands of micropores and freely connected channels) provides high breathability of the material, good absorbing properties, and high resistance to deformation and sagging without loss of elasticity.
